Red Apple Furniture online store is selling a wide variety of furniture, lighting and decor products.
Your use of our website indicates your acceptance of these terms and your agreement to follow and be bound by them.


Red Apple Furniture guarantees that our products will be free from defective material and workmanship and we offer a 1 year quality guarantee.
We will only be liable to honor a guarantee if:
the defect existed at the time of delivery and/ or manifested during the warranty period;
the defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or abuse by the customer;
the customer provides the tax invoice
Should you be unhappy with your product during the guarantee period please send us a photo of the defect along with a written description of the flaw. After assessment we will then be in contact with you to make arrangements either for repair or replacement at our cost.


In the case of incorrect/damaged/faulty/ goods please notify us of the incorrect/damaged/faulty/ product within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Please email info@redapple.za.com with a clear photo of the damaged/ incorrect product received along with a description of how the product is faulty. Please keep all original packaging. We will ensure the correct/ new product is delivered to you (subject to stock availability) within 10 working days or you will receive a full refund. If the product is not available in stock or has to be imported / manufactured please allow for the original lead time periods for replacement unit/s to be delivered.


We offer a returns option on some of our products. The products that are returnable are indicated on the product detail section of each product on the website.
If you wish to return the product/s email us info@redapple.za.com within 5 working days of receiving the product/s that you wish to return. Include in this email images of the product/s and the packaging along with details on why you wish to return. Return requests will be approved at the discretion of Red Apple.za.com
Products will not be eligible for return if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property. This includes products that have been worn or damaged.
Once we give you our written agreement that you can proceed to return, goods are to be returned at your expense and arrangement to the relevant warehouse address in Johannesburg that we will supply you.
Once we receive the goods in perfect condition (and in original packaging), we will proceed to refund you the full price paid for the product/s. (less the original delivery charge paid) within 48 hours.


We are an online retailer and deliver nationwide. We do allow for order collections from our office or warehouse. The service we offer is a door-to-door service. This means that the shipment is delivered to the address not the person. i.e. If the person is not available it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
We draw stock from various vendors nation wide. These vendors being: direct importers, local manufacturers/ craftsmen and artists. The logistics of doing this as a retailer operating nationally require some time. Goods are drawn from the various vendors, grouped into our stock and then given to our couriers. Please allow up to 10 working days post receipt of payment for delivery. We are unable to promise delivery any time sooner.
No deliveries can be made during weekends or public holidays.
The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible, that the product delivered can fit into lifts, staircases or through doors and that all relevant areas have been cleared prior to delivery. This includes the removal of all breakable objects. No products can be hoisted over balconies or through windows. The customer accepts the risk of all damages that may result due to non-compliance by the customer.
We do not offer a placement service and the couriers are just required to deliver the goods to the delivery address provided. They are also not required to remove the product/s from their packaging or to remove the packaging.
Some goods are delivered unassembled to certain cities. Simple assembly is then required. Please refer to the detail given on the website about each particular product and city.


The customer is required to inspect products on delivery. The customer OR the person taking delivery on behalf of the customer will be required to sign a proof of delivery (POD). Unless indicated to the contrary on the POD, it is deemed that the product has been delivered and received in good condition. Red Apple Furniture cannot be held accountable for any damages that are not detailed on the proof of delivery.


The colours of our products shown on this website may look different on your computer compared with the colour of the actual product. This is because different computers display colours differently depending on the type of computer screen (LCD, plasma, desktop, laptop etc.) Red Apple Furniture cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in ordering items whose actual colour is different from that appearing on the website as viewed on your computer.


Red Apple Furniture retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited.


Red Apple Furniture reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.


The prices displayed on this site are quoted in South African Rands inclusive of Value Added Taxation (‘VAT’) and are valid and effective only in South Africa. Products and prices displayed on this site may vary from time to time and are subject to availability. Red Apple Furniture or its agents shall in no way be held responsible for any errors or misstatements emanating from this website.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be incorrectly priced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
